OXFORD UNIVERSITY STUDENT'S UNION
I have had the pleasure of working with A&G Events since it’s conception, where they were employed to run the security and safety of our Freshers Fair. University of Oxford SU’s freshers fair is the largest event in Oxford, attracting in excess of 12,000 visitors over a two-day period, as well as over 600 exhibitors. A&G provided event logistics, Health and Safety, crowd control/management as well as a very high standard of customer service.
The staff at their disposal have the unique quality, not normally seen in security companies, where everyone is invested in their work. The large number of staff and stewards present at the event made a conscious effort to understand the events objectives, the cliental visiting and the venue in which they were assigned. Each and every staff member adopted the values of the Students Union and presented themselves in a manner constant with Oxford SU staff.
I have also had the pleasure of working with the company on various other projects, where their professionalism and client engagement has been of the very highest standard.
I have no hesitations in recommending A&G to anyone and everyone looking for the very highest standard of service and myself, look forward to working with them again.
SHELDONIAN THEATRE, OXFORD MARTIN SCHOOL
I would recommend A&G Security and Events due to their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. I use them to steward all my events at the Sheldonian Theatre. The staff were punctual, dressed smartly and listened to the brief and followed to a tee.

We have used A&G’s services several, across a sphere of projects from football matches to road closures, private events to public Fireworks Displays. OXFORD UNION SOCIETY
I have employed A&G Security and the Oxford Union for the last year, prior to this, Graham and Ali worked for the Union for 6 years.
A&G cover every aspect of the Union’s security, ranging from receiving Heads of State to providing crowd control when we have A-List celebrities.
They also provide us with staff 7 days a week for the day to day events and running of the Union.
A&G provide a safe environment for both Members’ of the union, and staff alike. They remain professional and welcoming at the same time and I have every confidence in their ability and experience.

WHITTLEBURY HALL & SPA
We have used A&G Security for all of our security requirements and I’ve had the pleasure of working with a number of their team for many years.
We used them over the last two years for outdoor events such as the British Grand Prix campsite and entertainment (c.10000 people), outdoor cinemas, festivals through to indoor high value product launches. Many of the events we do attract a variety of clientele and need to be operated with an individual approach which A&G and their team have always been extremely good at adapting their manner appropriately, ensuring the most professional presence is achieved for each event.
In addition to the above, they have always been very good at immersing themselves within an event, often going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our events run smoothly.
Over the last 15 years we have been through numerous security firms but A&G are by far the best security events team we have used and we will be using them again for all of our events in the future.
We also contract A&G to provide us with onsite security 365 days of the year due to a spate of security incidents including multiple thefts of high value equipment and criminal damage. I am pleased to say that since having A&G onsite the issues have ceased and they have been able to react to any potential problems quickly and efficiently.
A&G have fully integrated themselves well within the hotel team, becoming an invaluable asset. We receive a daily report which details all necessary information from each shift. In addition to security related information they are very good at reporting any other issues they find, be that maintenance related (lights out, doors not working etc) to things like fallen trees and other things outside of their remit.
All in all, they employ a team of people that act professionally, are keen, enthusiastic with their work and are very good at dealing with anything thrown at them.
Finally, A&G are headed up by a knowledgeable management team who are happy to help develop and improve what you do, without it always having to impact on cost, so you always feel they have your best interests at heart.
